1. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract where you live, and able to receive payment by bank transfer. You apply on the partner page with a working email address you have confirmed.
We review every application ourselves. Approval, the code you are given and continued participation are at Odyrel’s discretion, and we may decline an application without giving a reason. Until you are approved, your link does not attribute anyone and should not be shared.
You take part as an independent business or individual. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or representative of Odyrel, and you may not make promises on our behalf.
2. How attribution works
A member is attributed to you when they join Odyrel through your link (odyrel.com/with/your-code) or enter your code when they sign up in the app.
The first partner wins. If a person has already been attributed to another partner, or opened another partner’s link first and then joins within thirty days, that first attribution stands.
Attribution lasts twelve months from the day the member joins. Bookings made after that period do not earn commission.
The member must be new to Odyrel: they must not have held an Odyrel account before, and must not have booked with us. You may not refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control or pay for.
If a member you introduced joined without your link or code being recorded, you may ask us to attribute them by writing to us within 14 days of the day they joined. We decide these claims fairly from the evidence available, and our decision is final.
3. Commission
You earn 20% of Odyrel’s net margin on each flight booking made by a member attributed to you, during their attribution period.
Net margin means Odyrel’s markup on the fare plus the concierge fee we charge on the booking, less the payment processing costs we pay on that booking. It does not include taxes, airline charges or anything we pass on to a supplier.
Other services, such as stays, chauffeurs and eSIMs, do not earn commission unless we tell you in writing that they do.
Some partners may agree a different rate with us in writing. Your rate is shown on your dashboard. We may change rates for the future by giving you notice by email or on your dashboard; a change never reduces commission on bookings made before it takes effect.
4. When commission becomes payable
Commission is pending until 30 days after the member’s travel date, so that refunds, cancellations and card disputes can settle. Your dashboard shows the date each line becomes payable.
Commission is void if the booking is refunded, cancelled or released without travel, if it is disputed or charged back, or if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or breaches these terms. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion.
If a booking on which commission has already been paid is later reversed, we may recover that amount by deducting it from future commission, or ask you to repay it if no future commission is due.
5. Payouts
For now, payouts are made by manual bank transfer, in the currency the commission was earned in, usually once a month. You give us accurate payout details and keep them up to date; we are not responsible for a payment sent to details you supplied.
A minimum payout amount may apply. Balances below it carry forward to the next payout.
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn, including registering for and charging any sales tax or VAT that applies to you. Partners in the United States provide a completed W-9 before their first payout, and partners elsewhere may be asked for the equivalent forms, so that we can meet our own reporting duties. We may hold payouts until we have them.
6. The member welcome credit
A member attributed to you receives $50 in Odyrel travel credit, or the equivalent in their local currency, after they complete their first trip with us.
Welcome credit is a travel credit only. It can be applied to future bookings, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and is not refunded if a booking it was used on is cancelled. One welcome credit per member.
7. What is not allowed
To protect members and the name you are lending us, you may not:
- send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages that break email, text or privacy laws;
- bid on “Odyrel” or any misspelling or variation of it in paid search, or use it in ad copy, domain names or social handles;
- make misleading claims about Odyrel, our prices, services, availability or the welcome credit;
- present yourself as Odyrel, as part of our team, or as our official account;
- offer cash, gifts or other incentives for sign-ups, or create or encourage fake, duplicate or incentivised accounts;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, bots or any method that attributes a member who did not knowingly choose your link or code;
- share your link on sites that promote illegal, hateful or adult content.
We may void commission earned through any of these, and suspend or end your participation.
8. Saying that you are paid
Whenever you share your link or code, you must say clearly that you may earn from it. Put it where people see it before they click, in plain words such as “#ad” or “affiliate link”, not hidden among other hashtags or behind a “more” button.
In the United States this is required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides. In the United Kingdom it is required by the Advertising Standards Authority and the CAP Code. Similar rules apply in many other countries, and you are responsible for following the ones where you and your audience are.
Only share honest opinions based on your own experience, and do not say you have used a service you have not.
9. Our name and materials
While you are an active partner, you may use the Odyrel name and the materials we give you only to share your link or code, as we provide them and without changing them. You may not register or use names, domains or accounts that include Odyrel. This permission ends when your participation ends.
10. Members’ privacy
Your dashboard shows limited information about members you introduced, such as a first name and initial, the date they joined and how many bookings they made. Use it only to understand your results. Do not try to identify, contact or market to members through Odyrel data, and do not share it with anyone.
11. Ending the partnership
You may leave the programme at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with notice where we reasonably can, and immediately if you break these terms.
When your participation ends, your link stops attributing new members. Commission earned on bookings made before the end date remains payable on the usual schedule, unless it is void under these terms or the partnership ended because of fraud or a serious breach.
12. Liability
The programme is provided as it is. We do not promise any level of earnings, and we may change, pause or end the programme, with notice where we reasonably can. Commission already earned under these terms remains payable.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or reputation. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid and payable to you in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You are responsible for what you publish, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from a claim caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or on your dashboard before they take effect. If you continue sharing your link after that, the updated terms apply. Changes do not reduce commission on bookings made before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed], and disputes will be heard by the courts of [to be confirmed].
