Is Odyrel a travel agency?
Yes. Flights are issued through Duffel, an IATA-accredited agent, and every booking is covered by the airline or hotel’s own terms plus ours.
What does the concierge cost?
Nothing on top of the quoted price for Members. Any service fee is shown line by line before you confirm.
Can I cancel or change a trip?
From a sentence. Tell Odyrel what changed and it re-books within the fare rules, or tells you the cost before anything moves.
Where does my travel credit live?
On your Odyrel account, applied to bookings first. It can only be spent on travel in the app and is refundable under our policy.
