1. Your passport stays on your device
Passports and ID documents you add in the app are stored only on your phone, in the app’s private storage. Odyrel’s servers never receive or keep a copy. When you book a flight, the passenger details the airline requires (name, date of birth, gender, and, for some routes, passport number and expiry) are sent directly to our flight issuer, Duffel, and on to the airline for that booking only. Removing a document in the app deletes it from your device; deleting the app removes everything stored this way.
2. What we collect
Account. Your sign-in identity (Apple, Google or email) through Firebase Authentication, your name and the greeting you choose.
Trip setup. Your destination, dates and language, so the concierge and the arrival briefing are ready before you ask.
Bookings and wallet. The orders you place, the fare rules attached to them, and a ledger of travel credit added and spent. Card details are entered into Stripe and never pass through our servers; we keep only Stripe’s reference for the payment.
Concierge conversations. The messages you send are processed to produce a reply and to carry out what you asked. They are not used to train any model, by us or by our AI provider.
Device and security. Device integrity signals (Apple App Attest, Google Play Integrity) so only genuine copies of the app can reach our systems, and standard request logs with IP address, kept briefly for abuse prevention.
3. Why we use it
To book and manage your travel, to answer you, to take and refund payments, to keep your account secure, and to meet the legal obligations of a travel seller. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Account, trip and wallet records for as long as you have an account, then up to seven years for bookings and payments where tax and travel-seller rules require it. Request logs for 30 days. Concierge messages are not stored by our servers beyond producing the reply; the conversation history you see is kept in the app on your device.
6. Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your account data from the app or by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your profile, trip setup and conversation access; booking and payment records are retained only where the law requires. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, and we honor them for everyone.
