Terms of service

Odyrel (“Odyrel”, “we”) provides a travel concierge through the Odyrel app and odyrel.com. Flights are issued by Duffel Technology Ltd, an IATA-accredited agent, on behalf of the operating airline. Hotels, chauffeur services and eSIMs are delivered by partner suppliers.

You need an Odyrel account to book. Keep your sign-in private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can add family members or an assistant to your account; you remain responsible for bookings they make.

Each booking is also subject to the fare rules, hotel terms or supplier terms shown before you confirm. Where those differ from these terms, the supplier terms apply to that booking. Nothing is booked until you confirm and we show you a confirmation.

Prices are shown in full before you confirm, including any Odyrel service fee. Flight prices mirror the airline’s fare exactly as issued through Duffel. Payment is taken by card through Stripe, or from your travel credit. A booking is confirmed only when the payment has been authorized; the charge and the booking are tied together so you are never charged twice for the same order.

Travel credit is prepaid value on your Odyrel account. It is credited when Stripe confirms the payment, can only be used for travel services booked through Odyrel, is applied to bookings first, does not expire, and is refundable under our refund policy.

Changes and cancellations follow the supplier’s rules, which we show before you confirm. Our Refunds & cancellations policy explains timing and how refunds are returned.

The concierge combines automated assistance with human staff. We show you what will be booked and at what price before anything is confirmed. Information such as entry requirements is provided in good faith; please check official sources for your journey.

Our Privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Passports and ID documents you add in the app are stored only on your device and are sent to the airline, through Duffel, only for the booking that needs them. Conversations with the concierge are never used to train models.

We are responsible for providing the concierge service with reasonable care. Airlines, hotels and other suppliers are responsible for the services they deliver. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
